Dear Ms Sri Rejeki,

Thank you for applying to Bangladesh International Model UN (BIMUN) Conference 2012.

It is our pleasure to inform you that the organizing committee of BIMUN 2012 has accepted your application to participate as a delegate in this year’s Conference, being organized by the United Nations Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB), the United Nations Information Centre (UNIC)/United Nations System, University of Dhaka and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Bangladesh from 28 November -1 December 2012, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Conference will be hosted in the metropolitan city of Dhaka with major support from UN System in Bangladesh.

The theme of this year’s Conference is “End Violence against Women.” University students from all regions of the world will participate in the Conference and will simulate sessions of the UN General Assembly Plenary and three of its Main Committees.

We would advise that, if you require visa to travel to Bangladesh, you begin making necessary applications as early as possible. You may use this letter in support of your application, to show proof of the intended purpose of your visit. If any further support is needed for your visa application, please do not hesitate to contact us atbimun@unysab.org with a copy to info.unic@undp.org. Please mention VISA SUPPORT in your subject of email to ensure your email is handled with highest priority.
